I will say I've never seen Dr. Fritz himself, but his office staff is terrible! Getting refills or questions answered is more of a headache then a help. His front desk lady is always NASTY and MEAN. They never return phone calls and always treat you like you are bothering them with the health of your loved ones.
Excellent doctors...terrible front desk ladies. Very rude, never help you, and treat you as if you are bothering them.

He took the time to listen to my medical history and concerns, and discussed options with me. He worked WITH me -- did not just "dictate" to me or talk "down" to me. I highly recommend Dr. Fritz to you -- and happily, he is accepting new patients! (Wasn't accepting any new patients when I first moved here.)
